Splitto è un'app per organizzare e calcolare spese condivise tra gruppi di persone — amici, famiglia, coinquilini, viaggi. Registra spese e pagamenti e calcola automaticamente i saldi tra i membri di un gruppo.
Sei tenuto a fornire dati corretti in fase di registrazione e sei responsabile della riservatezza delle tue credenziali e di ogni attività svolta con il tuo account.
Resti proprietario e responsabile dei dati che inserisci — spese, commenti, nomi dei gruppi. Gli altri membri di un tuo gruppo possono vederli secondo le regole di condivisione dell'app.
Splitto è uno strumento di calcolo e organizzazione: non effettua né gestisce trasferimenti di denaro reali tra utenti. I pagamenti tra i membri di un gruppo avvengono al di fuori dell'app, con i mezzi che preferite; Splitto ne registra solo l'esito per aggiornare i saldi.
Splitto è fornito "così com'è". Ci impegniamo a mantenere il servizio funzionante e i dati corretti, ma non garantiamo l'assenza di interruzioni o errori e non rispondiamo per decisioni finanziarie prese sulla base dei calcoli dell'app: verifica sempre i saldi prima di effettuare un pagamento reale.
Puoi eliminare il tuo account in qualsiasi momento da Profilo > Elimina account. Ci riserviamo di sospendere account che violano questi termini, ad esempio in caso di utilizzo fraudolento o abusi verso altri utenti.
Il servizio può evolvere nel tempo; le modifiche sostanziali a questi termini ti saranno comunicate in app prima di diventare effettive.
Questi termini sono regolati dalla legge italiana; per le controversie con utenti consumatori si applica il foro di residenza del consumatore, se previsto dalla legge.

By creating a Splitto account you agree to these terms of service.
Splitto is an app for organising and calculating shared expenses among groups of people — friends, family, roommates, trips. It records expenses and payments and automatically calculates balances among group members.
You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out with your account.
You remain the owner of and responsible for the data you enter — expenses, comments, group names. Other members of your group can see it according to the app's sharing rules.
Splitto is a calculation and organisation tool: it does not carry out or manage real money transfers between users. Payments between group members happen outside the app, however you prefer; Splitto only records the outcome to update balances.
Splitto is provided "as is". We work to keep the service running and the data correct, but we do not guarantee the absence of interruptions or errors, and we are not liable for financial decisions made based on the app's calculations: always double-check balances before making a real payment.
You can delete your account at any time from Profile > Delete account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms, for example in case of fraudulent use or abuse towards other users.
The service may evolve over time; material changes to these terms will be communicated in-app before they take effect.
These terms are governed by Italian law; for disputes with consumer users, the consumer's place of residence applies where required by law.
